Paint is moot, my current car looks like crap anyways. But it does need to have no SERIOUS flaws. No cracked blocks or heads, no missing drivetrain components, if it’s a SNC (short nose cone 1989-1991.5) 1.6L it can’t have failed. But it can have a crappy-ish interior (but please no cracked dashes or missing airbags), bad idle, leaky master or slave cylinders (clutch or brake).
